Chard facilities management (Chardfm) was formed as an independent company out of Chard Construction Ltd after 16 years as an internal business. Our extensive client list is testament to the quality of service and the core values that we hold. The creation of Chardfm demonstrates our commitment to continuing to deliver these values. Our Managing Director, Iain Murray is one of the most recognisable and respected fm’s in the industry with 20 years of fm experience and is driving innovation throughout the business.

The range of fm services that we deliver covers the entire spectrum of property related operations. Our in-house capability includes both Hardfm and Softfm services delivered using the latest technology all while ensuring the environment is minimally impacted. We are not just sustainable we are striving to be a carbon negative business.

The operational management team is lead by our Operations Director Joe Henderson. Our growing staff have many years of committed service and we have a very low turnover through continued development of their skills. We value our people and our Personal Development Programme (PDP) includes personal coaching and mentoring, investment in Continual Professional Development (CPD) at every level of the business.

The permanently manned Chardfm Helpdesk is personally answered 24/7 by our committed and knowledgeable team. All our staff have proven problem solving skills and the authority to make decisions quickly. The wireless communications with our mobile multi-skilled teams means that calls are dealt with very quickly.
