Iain joined Chardfm in December 2008 as the new Managing Director of the business. Iain comes with a strong pedigree in the fm industry over 20 years. Iain is the current National Chair of the British Institute of Facilities Management and his engagements include speaking internationally this year in Australia, the US and Dubai. Iain’s career includes CEO of SMC Facilities Management (recently re-branded as Archial Facilities Management), Managing Director of Jenkins & Marr Facilities Management and Managing Director of Gardiner & Theobald Facilities Management. Prior to this he spent many years managing the fm at Highfield Group the national healthcare provider and as a Branch Manager for GSH. Iain initially studied architecture at the Macintosh School of Architecture before finding his niche in fm. |

Joe is the Operations Director and a main Board Director with Chardfm. Joe has been with Chard for 24 years and has managed the service team for 16 years. Joe served his apprenticeship as a joiner before finding his niche in delivering a quality service to a significant client base. Joe brings a strong pedigree of key account management, team management and attention to detail to Chardfm. His personable manner and problem solving ability has allowed him to build strong relationships with our clients and with the fm team. |

John brings to his role as Senior Operations Manager extensive experience in the supervision of Contract Managers and multi-discipline M&E and fabric maintenance on a prestigious contract base. In his previous role as Senior Contracts Manager with Mitie Engineering Maintenance Ltd, he managed a team of mobile service engineers, working on contracts all over the UK with clients such as HBOS, Clydesdale Bank, Abbey Financial and Scottish Courts. He is also a full member of the BIFM. John joined Chardfm in April 2009. John is married and has two children. In his spare time he enjoys any sport with an element of competition. |

Steven joined Chardfm in November 2008 as National Key Account Manager. He brings with him 10 years operational experience in the fm market. He has a proven track record of success in key account management, operational service delivery and business development. Steven has a strong pedigree in delivering a quality service through a hands on approach to his client relationships. In his last position with Connaught Partnerships and Connaught Compliance he was part of the management team who helped build and deliver the partnerships and full compliance solutions to key clients throughout the UK. Steven is also a full member of the BIFM. |

Betty is the FM Co-ordinator within Chardfm looking after the Chardfm Helpdesk team and has been part of the Chard service team since joining the business in 1996 as a receptionist. Trained as a medical secretary Betty brings over a decade of operational service delivery experience to Chardfm. Betty helped implement the Chardfm Helpdesk including the out of hours systems. Betty also has a pivotal role in the key account management providing the reporting and KPI measurement functions. Betty and her husband Ian have two children and one grandson. Her hobbies include riding her motorbike and socialising with friends. |
