Chardfm are developing the Chardfm water business to deliver market leading water risk assessment, testing, treatment and cleaning regimes to ensure our clients compliance with the relevant legislation.
Chardfm environmental complete an initial assessment of the risks in the system through an on-site survey. Our risk assessment service includes detailed inspection, diagrammatic analysis and building systems plans analysis to develop a bespoke regime for every system.
Our water systems log book and record keeping system ensures that regular testing and inspections are carried out in line with the identified risks and we work with our clients to make sure that they too understand and comply with their obligations.
Chardfm environmental utilise the Chardfm CAfm system to programme the regime just like any other PPM and our reporting capabilities within the system mean that our clients can electronically receive their results instantly upon completion of analysis, ensuring the shortest reaction time to any problems.
Many systems require some chemical dosing especially open water cooling systems, we have ensured that we source the lowest environmentally impacting agents and we recover as much of the agent as possible during the process of dosing and cleaning.
