Through the deployment of the Chardfm CAfm (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system, our clients can log calls online, by phone or mobile device whereupon our helpdesk handles the calls personally before virtually sending instructions wirelessly to our multi-skilled technicians connecting their geographical locations and skill sets to the call.
We provide to the multi-skilled technicians the description of the problem with the relevant Health & Safety documentation, service history, asset data and graphical information enabling a streamlined and efficient response. If required spares can be ordered directly through the mobile wireless handheld device and photographic capability allows for problems to be shared with our operational management team.
Upon completion of the call the technicians closes the job with an on-site electronic signature sending the report and documentation wirelessly back to the helpdesk team utilising the Esquiggles technology. Our clients can watch every stage of this process live on our online digital dashboard together with live KPI generation showing our service levels.
